Step 2: After we received your cracked racket, we will check the racket can repair or not. If the racket cannot repair, fully refund if you don't want the cracked racket. But if you want get back your cracked racket, shipping fee will charge (RM13) and only partially refund.

Step 3: After repaired, racket will FREE delivery back to address you provide.
